I managed a team of sports producers, assigning stories, generating segment ideas specific to the Atmosphere format, producing and overseeing the production of original content, looking for ways to improve as the viewership continued to grow and access to additional content increased
Worked with the technical teams to develop consistent updates to systems and workflows to ensure quality control standards are met and improved
Utilized software created in-house, as well as Adobe Creative Suite, AWS and Google Sheets to manage daily rundowns, produce stories, create video content and assign work to my team of producers

Scheduled and managed streams for multiple concurrent events, oversaw the dynamic ad insertion process for specific games, and provide quality assurance for the vast portfolio of live streaming products
